I am feeling a little barf-tastic today, a little dizzy and a little foggy. My face is hot and tingly.
I'm not sure if it's the Atenolol, or what. Probably. But, I have the benefit of having been on lots of drugs and come out the other side of lots of early side effects. I shall persevere in the name of nice, normal blood pressure and a well-behaved heart.
(Although I do have a date tomorrow night, and I don't think it's in anybody's best interests if I vomit on him.)

Helen, I've been reading medblogs for a while and I think "barftastic" is the best new word I have discovered! Its even better than Ambulance driver's "polybabydaddia"
Thanks WarmSocks. We're eating Ethiopian food, which I've never tried before. I guess I'll find out how strong my stomach is.
Dr D - I think "tastic" used as a suffix just makes everything that much better. Although I'm not sure anything can top "polybabydaddia."
If you do puke on your date, you could say, "Wow, that was barftastic!" and he'd still fall in love with you.
Doctor D, I promise you that I will say that if I throw up on him.
He's a med student, so who knows - maybe he's been puked on before and it's all old hat to him.
